Chicken Breast; Fresh Gourmet Dried Cranberries; Thyme – fresh; Shallot – minced; Garlic – minced; White Wine; Chicken Stock; Butter; Salt and Pepper; Parsley


Pan Sear Chicken breast; Remove Chicken breast from pan and finish in oven; Saute in pan the onion, garlic, thyme and Fresh Gourmet Dried Cranberries for 3 minutes; Deglaze with white wine add chicken stock and reduce; Finish with butter and parsley; Season with salt and pepper; Spoon over chicken
