5 oz Lattice Chips
2 oz Sliced Cuban Pork

2 oz Chopped Dill Pickle
2 oz Spicy Dijon Honey Mustard Sauce

- Prepare Chips ahead of time and reserve until serving.
- Take sliced ham and pork and chop roughly, sprinkle atop chips,
- do the same with the Swiss cheese and flash under broiler until cheese melts.
- Drizzle mustard sauce and top with pickles and cilantro.
