Trio White Sauce & Cream Style Soup Mix 8 x 16 ounces, 2.5 qt 80 oz
Gruyere cheese, mild, shredded, 2.5 qt 20 oz

Directions

  1. Whisk nutmeg into hot White Sauce.
  2. Whisk in cheese and hold sauce warm in a bain-marie.
