Roasted Pork Loin with Balsamic Vinegar Glaze
Fresh Pork Loin; STAR Balsamic vinegar of Modena; Brown Sugar; Garlic Cloves; STAR extra virgin olive; oil; salt and pepper; honey; water
In a bag, put the balsamic, brown sugar, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix the contents together until the salt and sugar have dissolved; Add the pork to the bag and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for several hours (if possible overnight); Preheat the oven to 410 °F. Put the pork on an oven pan together with all the juices. Add a cup of water and bake for around an hour; Take the meat out the oven. Remove the juices from the pan into a saucepan. Add a teaspoonful of honey and warm over a medium heat until the sauce caramelizes; Cut the meat into slices, pour some sauce on top, and serve.
