Roasted Yukon Potatoes with Traina Ultimate Sun-Dried Tomato Topper

Yukon Gold Potatoes; Olive Oil; Traina Ultimate Sun-Dried Tomato Topper; Parmesan Cheese – shredded; Salt and Pepper; Parsley


Heat oven to 400 and place sheet pan to pre-heat; Cut the potatoes into wedges and drizzle olive oil to coat; Season with salt and pepper; Take sheet pan from oven and lightly drizzle with oil; Toss potatoes in one layer on hot sheet pan; Roast in oven for 25-35 minutes until golden brown and fork tender; Gently mix the Traina Ultimate Sun Dried Tomato Topper while the potatoes are still in the pan; Toss with parsley and parmesan cheese
