The Mona Lisa Burger

Vegan mayonnaise alternative 1/2 cup Hunt’s® Tomato Ketchup 1 tbsp Gulden’s® Bold Yellow Mustard 1 tbsp Vlasic® Dill Relish 1/2 cup Garlic powder 1/4 tsp Smoked paprika 1/4 tsp Hamburger buns 4 PAM® High Yield Canola Cooking Spray, as needed Gardein® Ultimate Plant-Based Burgers 4 American flavor vegan cheese alternative 4 slices Butter lettuce, rinsed & patted dry 4 leaves Heirloom tomato, sliced 1 large


In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish and spices. Set aside. Heat a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Lightly spray insides of hamburger buns with cooking spray. Toast buns in skillet, face-down until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside. Cook Gardein Ultimate Burgers as directed on package, using skillet method. In the last 3 to 5 minutes of cooking, place one slice of cheese on top of each burger; allow cheese to melt and burger to finish cooking. Remove from skillet; keep warm. Place burgers on bottom bun then top with tomato and lettuce as desired. Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons relish sauce on top buns; top each burger. Serve.
