Swiss Miss Parfait
Udi’s® Au Naturel Granola 1 cup Snack Pack® Chocolate Pudding 24 oz Heavy (whipping) cream, divided 1 cup Granulated sugar 1/4 cup Matcha green tea powder 1 tsp Almonds, toasted, rough chopped 1/2 cup Walnuts, toasted 1/2 cup Fresh strawberries, diced 1 cup
Combine half of the heavy cream and sugar with an electric mixer. Whip into medium peeks. Reserve in fridge, until ready to use. In a small mixing bowl, mix together the fresh strawberries with the toasted almonds, walnuts and granola. Spoon a layer of chocolate pudding to just cover the bottom of four parfait cups. Sprinkle half of the granola in layer over the pudding. Add a second layer of pudding over the granola. Repeat to the top of parfait cups. Combine both whipped creams in one piping bag, each on to one side and top each parfait with whipped creams.
